Sam is a serial entrepreneur and performance marketing executive who has built his career connecting advertising investment to measurable business outcomes. Before founding Mango, he built and sold two companies โ including an advertising network acquired by Weedmaps โ which gave him a first-hand understanding of what it takes to grow a business through paid media. Not just the strategy side, but the pressure of every dollar mattering.
His expertise spans programmatic advertising, DSP strategy, business intelligence, AI-driven campaign optimization, and audience curation. He's managed over $50M in media across some of the most complex advertising categories in the industry โ cannabis, regulated products, real estate, retail, and hospitality. When marketers ask what to look for when selecting a media strategy consultant, the answer starts here: someone who has actually done the work, managed real budgets, and been accountable to real business outcomes.

Rachel is a Clio award-winning creative director and brand strategist who has spent her career turning complex business challenges into creative strategies that actually perform. She's built brands from scratch, launched products in some of the most competitive markets in the country, and created advertising systems that consistently deliver results.
What makes Rachel rare is that she's equally fluent in brand strategy and performance creative โ a gap most agencies can't bridge. She started her career at fashion and tech startups before moving into cannabis, where she spent over a decade building some of the most recognized brands in the category.
At Holistic Industries, she led the launch of an entire house of brands โ including Garcia Hand Picked (with the Jerry Garcia Estate) and Cannaceutica, a first-of-its-kind pharmaceutical brand backed by a clinical trial. She designed and opened over 20 dispensary retail experiences and built campaigns that repeatedly landed in BDSA and Pioneers top 10 best-selling brand lists.
Alongside her work at Mango, Rachel leads brand strategy and marketing for ultra-luxury real estate in the Hamptons through The Agency โ one of the most recognized names in high-end residential real estate. She works directly with agents on personal brand development and go-to-market strategy.
She also built The Agency's in-house creative studio โ the first of its kind in real estate โ giving agents access to agency-quality creative and brand systems at the individual level. It's a model that's now influencing how the broader industry thinks about agent marketing.
